We had an issue with our central vacuum. We called Oakville Vacuum and a service person showed up the next morning. He was polite and friendly, and he quickly resolved our issue. We are very happy to recommend this company as a good local business!

Hi. Sorry about your experience. We did a quick assessment and quote on the spot in our store. From that quick assessment the motor sounded as if it was nearing the end of its life cycle. From this it was recommended that the motor will likely need to be replaced in the near future. We provided a quick quote on its cost not expecting it to be replaced at that time.

Owners are so helpful. Found a replacement part for my vacuum right away and it was reasonably priced. Anytime I’ve had a vacuum issue over the years I’ve always been so pleased and impressed.

I asked Don to come and unblock our central vac and replace the face plates. Not only was the job done efficiently, but on time and when he said he would arrive, he did. Anyone needing anything done to your central vac system, this is the guy to go to. Excellent customer service.

Poor Service !! Lost my Steam Cleaner and Used Profanity while talking to him . Worst Service that I have ever encountered in all my years of living in Oakville . Told me he would get back to me every time I called for an update , never did , when I got a hold of him he gave me the excuse that it took to long so not his responsibility . Go Elsewhere !!! Going to Better Business Bureau

Mr D’Ambrosio, thank you for your feedback. It’s important to us that our customers’ experience is always an excellent one, and we certainly regret that yours was unsatisfactory. It’s been our experience that the product you brought us cannot be made functional simply by replacing the damaged part in question, and since the vacuum cleaner was under manufacturer’s warranty, we requested a full product replacement from the manufacturer several times. When the manufacturer declined to replace the product and offered only the part, we advised by voicemail that we could not successfully repair your vacuum cleaner. In light of your letter, we recognize that we failed to consider the possibility that you might not come to collect the irreparable product for several months, and should also have advised you in that message that we cannot, in our small location, store a nonfunctional vacuum cleaner indefinitely. Going forward, thanks to you, we will be posting a policy, and pointing it out to our customers, that we will only be able to hold unclaimed product for 120 days from the time we advise it is ready or can’t be repaired. We regret that we failed to give you the experience we want all our customers to have, and appreciate that your feedback will make us better in future
