Olivo Fresco carries several different types of cultivars or varieties of extra virgin olive oil, and a selection of balsamic vinegars.

While many olive oils available in grocery stores claim to be extra virgin, they rarely are. Unfortunately for the consumer, the industry is unregulated, and adulterated, inferior products are passed off as real extra virgin olive oil. Olivo Fresco’s extra virgin olive oils have been certified by the International Olive Oil Council to be of the highest quality available. Each oil has its own special character, personality, and chemistry. Crush dates and flavour notes are on display. We are able to access olive oil from both hemispheres so our product line up is always changing with the harvest, ensuring that the oils are always fresh!
