We just hosted our son’s first birthday party at The Grand Chalet in the event space upstairs and we we just can’t say enough good things about our experience. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable and the space itself was so lovely, it’s just what we wanted. Dominic, Mike, Anniya and all the service staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. From the moment we booked the space, their attention to detail, communication and helpfulness was first class. I’d definitely recommend The Grand Chalet for hosting events and we’ll probably use it again ourselves in the future!

Our reservation was at 3 pm. We waited for our other guests who arrived 320. In the meantime we had drinks and ordered appetizers. From the moment we arrived the waitress told us we only had 2 hours. The entire restaurant a was empty except for 2 people. Throughout the entire meal we were reminded we needed to leave within 2 hrs. At 455 while still eating our desserts, the waitress loudly told her us we had 5 min. One party had arrived with many tables still empty . The 2 gentleman that had arrived at the same time were still comfortably at their table. Although the food was delicious, the atmosphere nice, I can’t help thinking my son who is on a wheelchair and has brain injury maybe the reason for this terrible treatment. We spent a lot of money and still left a decent tip. Our guest had two young children and extremely well behaved. We didn’t want to make a scene, and have our son or guests who are mixed race feel this maybe a reason for this treatment. This is so unacceptable.

On Saturday September 11 2021 we celebrated my daughters First Holy Communion. As she had to wait for her big day due to pandemic restrictions and cancelations we were determined to make this day extra special and the Grand Chalet made sure of that! Our room was beautiful and the service exceptional. No words to adequately describe how delicious the food was! Thank you Grand Chalet for helping to make beautiful memories for our family!

On August 6th, 2021, we celebrated my husband's 60th, birthday with family and friends. The room was beautifully decorated and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server was amazing which made our evening so very special. We were very happy. Thank you for a wonderful celebration!

I did my daughters baptism there May 2019 and I cant say enough about this place, my family is still talking about how good the food was. The waitresses and waiters were phenomenal very friendly. The room already has a beautiful look to it, once they have decorated it looked so beautiful.

We are never disappointed with the delicious food at the Grand Chalet/Spiducci’s. I booked a surprise dinner with Domenic and everything was taken care of without a hitch! Our party of 15 loved the food and had zero complaints! Thank you so much for making my hubby’s Day special!

I've been meaning to try Tony Spiducci's for ages and finally got the chance for my birthday dinner yesterday. It was worth the wait! My wife and I both had the daily special Arctic Char. It's rare to get a delicate filet that isn't just a little dryer than it should be, but these were both the perfect balance of moist and flaky. Everything we had was delicious, including an amazing chocolate and caramel cake, and the service was warm and friendly. I'm really looking forward to coming back and working my way through the menu!

I have to give Spiducci's a lot of credit. Tony Spiducci's Ristorante always makes me feel welcome and comfortable, in spite of the fact that I don't represent a great deal of money to a restaurant or bar: I keep to myself; I no longer touch alcohol; and I invariably choose meat-heavy items from the menu. (I assume the profit margins on meat are far less than they are on plant-heavy menu items.) Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, and I will be sure to recommend Spiducci's to friends and acquaintances not only for the high standards of its cookery and the quality of the meat and seafood it serves, but for its excellent customer service as well. Of course I'll be back. And may I say, "Watch out, lamb shish-kabobs!!"

Thank you for for an amazing evening for my second '30th' birthday party and it was a memorable evening !! Everyone complemented me on the food, delicious, filling and the service was impeccable. You felt right at home with the ambiance and servers who were so helpful and friendly. From the warm bread, salad, chicken and salmon finishing with cheesecake the entire meal was served quickly and efficiently. We we allowed to bring our own birthday cake and this was cut and shared. All our guests had a great time and everyone is still talking about the dinner. Any dietary restrictions were taken care efficiently and was greatly appreciated. Family that came from abroad were impressed and loved the ambiance and service and I would highly recommend if you are having special event and great food and service is what you are looking for do not look any further. This place is fantastic and I'll never ever forget that night and they made it special!! Again thanks to Dominic and all who made my birthday event wonderful .

Just wanted to tell all ppl this is the hidden gem in milton. My wife and I have been going for years. Never had a sub par meal. The wait staff is the best. No comparison in regards to food. Such a great place

I wanted to send a quick thank you note for the excellent food your venue provided us with! I ordered two trays of lasagna for my son's baptism yesterday as I needed something prepared & ready to go, in order to feed close to 30 people. I spoke with Mike who took my order & whom also called the day of to confirm pick up which I appreciated. The food was delicious and everyone was super impressed and well fed. We joined friends for dinner last night at this lovely restaurant. The veal was excellent. Hubby had steak and he also said it was really good. Good Service and very friendly wait staff. Would return again and try one of their other dishes.

It was my first time here but my family's 3rd time. It's hard to find an authentic Italian restaurant, being Italian we're picky. This place delivers quality food for a great price!!! I'd recommend it to everyone.

Hi Domenic, I am Adam Simon’s Mum, Mary, and we celebrated Adam and Nicole’s wedding reception on Saturday, September 12th at the Grand Chalet. It was wonderful! Thank you so very much for the excellent food and service. The special touches you provided was very much appreciated and your constant assistance and the service your staff provided was amazing. Many people said that they wondered why they did not have steak knives for the roast beef dinner, until they sliced through the beef and realized it was melt in your mouth good. I did not realize this, but my best friend let me know that there were a couple of people at her table who had not alerted us to their dietary concerns prior to the event. You did not leave them without food, instead, you first provided a pasta dish and then when they advised they were vegan, I think, you switched out the pasta for a lovely stir-fry. Apparently, they also did not consume dairy products and you provided a wonderful fresh fruit dish. Truly, service that is amazing. Thank You Very Much for accommodating our guests on such short notice! Many thanks for your outstanding service. It was the first time we dined at the restaurant and because we had heard some rave reviews we decided to host our ministry team for a lovely Christmas Dinner in the restaurant. The service was excellent with every attention to detail provided and the food was excellent. Being Italian myself, I can honestly say that the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it to the fullest. I highly recommend the restaurant and have been there since as well. You cannot beat the price of the amazing food and the quality and excellent service that is offered. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Grand Chalet last year and we could not have imagined how amazing our day was. From the first time we met with the staff at the Grand Chalet, to when we walked into the beautifully decorated reception hall as husband and wife; was everything we could have dreamed of! The service, and attention to detail was amazing, the food was EXCEPTIONAL, and the amazing wedding package we chose was not only affordable, but included so much that it really reduced the stress level so common with planning a wedding:) One of the many highlights of the evening was all of our guests raving about the spiducci that was offered during cocktail hour! Totally worth it! The team at the Grand Chalet exceeded our expectations and made the wedding planning process something to be remembered. We look forward to celebrating our anniversary for many years to come.... with a big plate of spiducci! I have hosted many occasions in this banquet hall... Wedding, Shower, Rehearsal Dinner, Baptism, Milestone Birthday for family members and general Birthdays. This place has amazing food and when hosting a party of 20 or 200 the quality of the food does not change. The banquet hall upstairs is charming and inviting. Everyone there is just incredible to work with and make event planning so easy. I was able to host these events and not have a worry because they took care of everything from the menu to the decor to the cake! Thank you to The Grand Chalet ... see you at the next event! Its nice to have a gem of a place like this right in our backyard of Milton!
