I went in to this store for the first time ever yesterday. Write Impressions, a competitor, recommended them to me as I was looking for a card for my sisters birthday. I have to say, the lady working there was the rudest lady I have ever come across in a shop in Oakville. I will never shop in this store again and will definitely share my poor experience with others.
